Payment

What are the payment methods available?

Currently, we only accept payments via
🌈 Credit or debit card
🌈 PayNow or PayLah!

If you made payment via PayNow or PayLah!, please ensure that you 
• submit your transaction reference number here OR
• email us with your name, order number and a screenshot of your transaction receipt
within 15 minutes after your order is placed.

Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

Is the mailing fee included in your prices?

📬 Normal mail is available at an additional $0.30.
Our return address will be stated at the back of all packages. However, do note that we are not liable for any lost mails. 

📬 You can also opt for registered mail or Smartpac at an additional $3.50.
The tracking number will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

What is the difference between normal mail, registered mail and Smartpac?

Normal mail is the most basic and affordable delivery service by SingPost. It is untrackable, and will take 3 – 7 working days to reach you.

⚠️ Do note that Stitch Treats is not liable for any lost mails.

Registered mail and Smartpac are trackable mailing options. They will take about 2 – 3 working days to reach you. 
After your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be given to you and you can track your order here

⚠️ Small parcels will be mailed to your letterbox.

How long is your processing time? When will I receive my order?

✨For instocks:
Your order will be processed within 3 – 4 days.

✨For backorders: 
Backorders will be processed every Sunday at 11pm. After which, there is a waiting time of approx. 3 weeks for them to be ready. Once they are ready, we will dispatch them ASAP.

💌 Normal mail: 3 – 7 working days 
💌 Registered mail or Smartpac: 2 – 3 working days

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship in Singapore at the moment. But if you wish to ship overseas, drop us an email at stitchtreats@gmail.com and we will see what we can do for you ☺️

I have sensitive ears. Can I wear your earrings?

All our cute earrings are made using premium quality 925 silver hooks which are suitable for sensitive ears!

As for our Korean earrings, please only shop our 925 silver collection if you have sensitive ears ❤️ our non-hypoallergenic earrings are made with sterling silver hooks/studs.

Do you offer special packaging for gifts?

Yes! We have 3 options for gift packaging 🎁
Holographic envelope
Rose gold envelope
Craft box

Do note that it is compulsory to opt for registered mail for craft box packaging!

We also offer gift boxes in collaboration with @breadcrumbsg ❤️

Do you do customised designs for your products?

We can do customised designs for earrings! All you need to do is to Instagram DM or email us what you have in mind 😊

✨ Note:
Customised orders take about 3-4 weeks to be ready. Designs are also subject to availability!

Can you turn my figurines into earrings/keychains?

Yes, we can! ☺️

Prices
✨ Earrings (only with small figurines)
Price: $6+ 

✨ Keychains (small or medium figurines)
Price: $5+

Things to take note of
✅ Delivery of your figurines to my place will be at your own cost.
✅ Ensure that you bubble wrap the items to prevent any damage during delivery.
✅ Prices may vary due to different factors such as the weight of the figurines and beads requested for earrings. 
✅ Figurines must be new and free of any scratches and marks. You will be asked to send clear images and measurements of your figurines.

How do I clean and store my earrings?

Good question! You should always give some TLC to your earrings 💖

Here are some tips:
🌈 Before and after wearing them, wipe the hooks with an alcohol swab.
🌈 Store them in an airtight container.
🌈 Keep them away from moisture or damp environments. 

Orders

Can I change my order after I have made payment?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend your order after payment is made as all sales are final! 😅

If you keyed in the wrong shipping address, please drop us an email at stitchtreats@gmail.com with your order number immediately.

Do you offer refunds, exchanges or returns?

We do not accept returns and exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

All products go through quality control checks before they are put up for sale.

In the unlikely event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding your mailing fee, if any). However, requests due to customer’s negligence or personal preference will be rejected.

To make a refund request, email us at stitchtreats@gmail.com with an image of your item immediately after you receive it. We will get back to you shortly.

⚠️ Do note that there may be slight differences in product colour due to lighting.
⚠️ As earrings and keychains are hand assembled, slight flaws may be present. Please do not purchase if you mind.
⚠️ Stitch Treats reserves the right to make the final decision.
